Elmer Speed Equipment R40 Dampers are a slimmer design, intended for direct replacement of the stock rear shock absorber on a FENDERLESS 1933-34 Ford. However with the use of the correct adapter and arm, they can be used wherever weight and clearance is a concern. Can be custom installed on anything.
Notes:
You will need to straighten the bend on your 1933-34 rear shock arms, or use 1932 arms.
An additional REAR mounting bracket needed if running a 1935 or newer rear axle.
A spacer is available for front shocks, when running fenders.
