AV8 Flathead Engine Mounts
Designed to locate a Ford Flathead V8 in a Model A chassis without cutting the firewall. Stock radiator placement can be retained when using a 59AB (or similar length) distributor, along with the short water pumps, corresponding crank pulley, and generator. The brackets locate with the stock front shock mount holes. Intended for weld-in installation, but may be bolted in at the builder’s discretion. Uses the 1932 to 36 passenger / pickup V-8 engine mount biscuits (1937 to 48 biscuits will not work).
